Eagle Wire -- beta
Dragging Eastern Washington University kicking and screaming into the blogosphere is the intent of this news blog, which will be a clearinghouse for links and comments on EWU appearances in the news media.
Right now, this effort is in beta -- making this sort of an unofficial site being run by a fairly official person, David Rey, EWU's media relations specialist. We'll see how this experiment goes before launching an official news blog from the EWU homepage.
The Eagle Wire will also contain posted entries on higher education and political issues germane to Eastern.
As we go along, please give feedback -- positive or negative...
