The program started about five minutes earlier than scheduled, causing several folks to miss Governor Gregoire's comments about the crime lab, which was a shame because she talked about the positives that will come out of this arrangement for both EWU and the State Patrol. The SRO crowd also got excellent tours of the crime lab by the facility's expert staff.
