Microsoft gives EWU and Cheney School District $2.5 million

Microsoft Corp. opened up the piggy bank and gave EWU and the Cheney School District a $2.5 million Partners in Learning grant. The grant money will be used to research the effectiveness of remedial reading, math and writing programs.
