EWU-educated general takes command of new post
Brigadier General Scott G. West takes command of the 21st Theater Support Command in Kaiserslautern, Germany, on Sept. 1.
Brig. Gen. West received his Army officer's commission in June of 1976 after graduating with a degree in history from EWU. West had been commanding the U.S. Army's Quartermaster Center and School in Ft. Lee, Virginia.
