Former EWU administrator staying put at Mizzou

University of Missouri president Elson Floyd said he's not taking the job as head of North Carolina's higher ed system. Floyd was executive vice-president of Eastern in the early 1990s and also was appointed executive director of the Washington HEC Board in 1993.
