The movement of EWU's downtown programs from the current Downtown Center building on First Ave. to a location on the Riverpoint campus is in its preliminary stages after the state Legislature included a proviso in the state supplementary budget to allow Eastern to use the proceeds from the sale of the Downtown Center for use at Riverpoint.
